He had found the young girl in a field he had seen waht inuyash had done to the girl and he followed her to the clearing. The girl in his arms had always intreged him she might be human put for some reason he didn't care she was so beautiful to him it was like she was a goddess and she was always kind to rin loved her for it when they got back to his palace he set her on his bed. She imidiatly curled into a ball shivering the sent of salt still on her from her crying done in the clearing. he noticed her shivering and placed a blanket over her she quickly klung to the blankets warmth.sesshomaru would never admit it because it showed weakness but he was in ove with this human. He had been watchin ger sleep when she stired "sesshomaru" she said she knew where she was and she wasnt scared to be with him. "yes kagome" sesshomaru replide to show he was there. "thank you" she wisperd. kagome had straitend out and turned tward him. kagome sat up and looked at him. kagome got caught up in her thoughts and rememberd waht had happend.

*flash back*
kagome was walking through the forest when she bummped into a soft wall and looked up it was none other then sesshomaru she was ute to him he had been watching ofer there group for some strange reson she didnt know. when he was actually only watching over her 'hello sesshomaru" kagome said in a small voice. sesshomaru beeing cold just nodded to her. sesshomaru then turned and left. kagome kept walking what she saw next hurt her she had stumbled uppon kikiyou and inuyasha kagome started to cry when she saw inuyasha holding kikiyo telling her that he loved her and only her. inuyashas head snapped up pushing kikiyo away "kaogme!" he said with a look of shock from being caught on his face "i can ex-" WAM inuyasha made contact with the ground kagome had wisperd the word sit then ran as fast and as far as she could waht she didnt know was sesshomaru was following her untill she had gotten to the clearing she started to fall and thats waht he caught her in his arms kagome looked up at him then burid her face in his chest. they sat there untill kagome has cryed her self to sleep and sesshoamru picked her up and took her to his home wich he hoped would be there home.
*end flash back*
kagome was crying agian frome remembering what happend sesshomaru once again took her into his arms "for what?" sesshomaru's voice was laced with curiosity "you saved me from inuyasha" sesshomaru  didnt know how he saved her she has found out inuyasha's secret wich tour her apart how did he save her? he looked down at her "how" kagome looked up with a smile  "you were there to protect me the whole time" sesshomaru under stood what she was talking about "yes i was watching over you trying to keep you from getting hurt but i didnt do a very good job" kagome shook her head no and leand up so they were nose to nose "your wrong, you saved me from a horrible choice" kagome then leand further in and kissed him a couple seconds later sesshomaru was kissing her back.
